Boom or line pump?

Atlantic boom pump crew placing concrete on a high-rise deck above South Florida

Boom pumping

A truck-mounted boom reaches up and over obstacles, so concrete lands on upper floors, columns and walls without running hose through the site.

Line pumping

A line pump pushes concrete through hose, so it reaches backyards, side yards and gated lots where a boom truck can’t park or swing.
